For many years, there has been an affinity group of citizens living in and around Plymouth – TP Tamarians, who work to disarm the illegal WMD Trident system, of which the submarines are refitted here in Devonport Dockyard, here in Plymouth.
We dress up, we dress down, we sing, dance, blockade, and throw light on the horror being maintained in our city.
We are young, old, female, male, quiet, loud, committed, busy elsewhere, professional, unprofessional, employed, unemployed, students, and retired workers. We come from different classes, backgrounds and places.
We take action here in Plymouth, to prevent the continued work of maintaining the horror that is Trident. We also take action elsewhere – for example, in Burghfield and Aldermaston
We work together as an affinity group, linked in to the wider Trident Ploughshares network.

In 2014 we look forward to continuing to campaign for this historic opportunity to get rid of Trident, to act, to gather and gather others…
We look forward to welcoming you, and others, both local and national, to join us on the weekend of 10th and 11th May 2014, here in Plymouth.
